Eran participated in the HuBMAP Human Reference Atlas Hackathon, held March 9–11, 2026, at the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.

The hackathon brought together researchers from multiple atlas initiatives — HuBMAP, SenNet, CFDE, KPMP, and WPP — to collaborate on integrating the Human Reference Atlas with complementary atlassing projects. Goals included distributing HRA data across collaborating atlas programs, implementing HRA lightweight components in partner portals, and discovering collaborative opportunities among atlas teams.
